You like sausages? Well one man who is very good at making them is butcher Chris Timbs from Peter Timbs Butchery. Chris has just taken out the Supreme award at the Great New Zealand Sausage Competition for his extraordinary mango and chilli chicken banger. We had to find out more about his secret behind this success and just why chicken sausages aren’t that popular in our Kiwi culture.
